Dr. Edinam Dope Setsoafia is a distinguished researcher and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Agribusiness at the University for Development Studies, Nyankpala Campus, Tamale. Edinam holds a PhD in Agricultural Economist from Lincoln University, New Zealand. She leads the Agribusiness and Value Chain Development Research Team.
Daniel Aboah has expertise in environmental policy, development and innovation systems. He holds a master's degree in International Environmental Studies from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and a certificate from Harvard University's EDX Module on health effects on climate change. Daniel supports strategic decision-making through evidence-based research design, stakeholder engagement, and actionable strategies for startups and ecosystem enablers across emerging markets.
Nana Adwoa Agyemang is a researcher focused on sustainable agriculture, food systems, and rural development in sub-Saharan Africa. She holds an MPhil in Agribusiness and is currently engaged in a joint internship at the University of Passau in Germany and the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), with support from ATSAF. Her work focuses on agricultural credit and the adoption of Sustainable Intensification Practices in Northern Ghana. Driven by a commitment to evidence-based research, she aims to inform policies that enhance livelihoods, promote the Sustainable Development Goals, and adapt global best practices to local contexts across Africa.
